These are very expensive screws, and almost impossible to find when you need them. They were purchased at the liquidation of a local sign company - at a small fraction of the original invoice price. The company used them for mounting large metal signs and brackets onto wood poles, posts, and framing. A neoprene washer beneath the head keeps the sign from rusting around the screw holes, while the extra heavy galvanized coating prevents rust streaks from the screw itself. Extremely coarse, deep threads provide superior holding power, and the 3/8" hex head allows easy draw-up without stripping. Need easy, copy & paste html code |
