Electrical System Reliability Analysis (ESP - Elite Service Plan)
and infrared documentation on all primary electrical items within the facility for a “one day”
survey. The survey will include:
Electrical items surveyed include main switchboards, transformers, panel boards, control panels, and large disconnects that are vital to daily operations.
Reports that will list all of the items surveyed and also provide a priority rating for any items found to require service with our detailed worksheets.
Items included in the report will also indicate National Electrical Code articles for reference on most electrical items associated with repairs or changes suggested on the electrical distribution system. Our technician taking amperage and voltage readings with each problem item found to determine the root cause of the problems and provide minor repair support.
Our technician submitting a summary listing of recommendations regarding other maintenance related needs they observe while surveying your plant. These could include specific testing procedures or general maintenance practices that will enhance the reliability of the system.
As part of the survey a no cost, no obligation lighting energy audit. The savings with new energy saving lighting can be 30% to 50% with greatly improved lighting levels and lower maintenance costs.
