This lens comes in its own hard covered padded case. It is 2 inches in diameter and in cosmetically good condition. The thickness of the lens is 1/2 inch.
The box is OFR used for IO-4-HoYag-HP which is gold cylinder body about 1.25 diameter with 4mm aperture per OFR web site. But the item is photo is not the IO-4-HoYag-HP Since the HoYag is 2 micron wavelength it might be a window if plano or lens is spherical surface.
