Only the first two pages were ever used, but what is most interesting is the other material that is included, in addition to the standard blanks for diary recordings. Here are some: The recent Westinghouse developments; a 16-page world map (of the world as it was in 1950); Westinghouse business addresses and phone numbers; Westinghouse radio, TV and their International Broadcasting stations and addresses; Westinghouse service locations and manufacturing plants; USA city populations; weights & measures; handy formulas; properties of materials; standard atmosphere; many pages of power-related information concerning motors, turbines, wires, etc., PLUS the properties of saturated steam!! All of this along with 1949 and 1950 calendars! Amazing! The diary measures 4 1/2" tall, 2 13/16" wide and 3/8" thick and is in GOOD CONDITION. THIS WILL BE A NICE ADDITION TO A COLLECTION! |
